Who looks after your information
Lance, trading as InSync Media Production, Colchester, Essex. For questions about your information, email larondelance@gmail.com.
When you enquire
I use the name, contact details and project information you provide to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and discuss work you have requested. I do not add you to a marketing mailing list.
The enquiry form uses Web3Forms to deliver your message to my email. It processes the details you submit and technical information used to prevent spam. A copy of the submission is stored in the form dashboard for up to three years under the current retention setting. You can read more in Web3Forms’ privacy policy.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry information while it is needed to discuss or deliver your project. Information no longer needed is deleted, except where records must be retained for accounting or legal purposes.
Website and films
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection information to deliver and secure it. Embedded films connect to their video provider only when you choose to load a player. That provider may process viewing information and use cookies under its own privacy policy. You can instead follow the direct link to watch on the provider’s website.
This site does not currently load advertising pixels or analytics trackers.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing me. You may also have rights to restrict processing, object or request a copy of your data. If you have a concern I cannot resolve, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
