A cinematic eye.
A personal approach.

I’m Lance.

I’m a media producer based in Colchester, Essex, working across filming and post-production.

InSync Media Production brings together the things I care about in a film: images with character, an edit that feels right, and a story that makes a connection.

I work on weddings, business films, events and music videos. Each asks for something different. I take time to understand what you want people to feel, see or remember, and build the approach around that.

You’ll speak directly with me about the project, from the first conversation through to the finished film.
